I took the luxury plan, and I found it to be very good and comprehensive. It's worth clarifying that I did most of the sessions via videoconference, but I think to get the most out of it, it's better to do it in person. And I think to get even more out of it, the shopping/barbering sessions should be held in Medellín, where Mariana has more knowledge of stores that offer better service.
It's worth noting that while consulting can be done virtually, this entails greater challenges, and I believe the company has yet to clearly identify and address them.
As a recommendation for improvement for the company, although the value promise is met, in some cases it seems that the schedule of activities is not adequately planned, and the client's memory is referred to for missed sessions. Additionally, I believe that for virtual sessions, the client should be prepared for the topics they will cover, so that the user can benefit from the material previously sent and explore further, making better use of their time.
